How is the Homecare Direct Shopping catalogue delivered to my home?

The Homecare catalogue is delivered direct to you doorstep by a Homecare Distributor or Agent. The Distributor works in your local area so you will often see them delivering catalogues and products in your neighborhood.

Your catalogue will have a tag indicating the day it is to be collected. Please ensure you leave the catalogue in the same place it was dropped so your distributor can collect the catalogue.

How do I place an order?

You may order by completing a Customer Order Form which is usually stapled onto the catalogue. You will need to complete your contact details, the details of the product(s) you wish to order, and your method of payment. You then leave the catalogue and order form out for collection, and your distributor will order and deliver the goods for you.

0800 500 005 in New Zealand and placing an order with our friendly customer service team. You may also fax or post your order form to us- please see the Contact Us page for details.

Please note the delivery date and method is the same regardless of how you place your order.

How long after I order will I receive my goods?

Allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Your distributor will leave an envelope advising you of the date and time of delivery. The envelope will also have their name and contact phone number, so if this delivery time is not convenient you may call them and arrange another time.

When do I pay for my order?

You pay for your order only when the product is delivered.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment is easy- we accept cash or credit card. Visa, and Mastercard are all accepted.

Is there a guarantee on the products I buy from Homecare?

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Homecare provides a No-Questions-Asked, thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee from the original date of purchase on all products sold. If you're not completely satisfied, return of unused products will be accepted by simply
contacting your local Distributor or Homecare head office on
1300 306 306 in Australia or 0800 500 005 in New Zealand. Occasionally production models may vary slightly. You will always receive the latest model.

 

12 Month Product Warranty
Homecare is so proud of the products we offer to our customers we provide a twelve (12) month product warranty from the original date of purchase for any product(s) damaged during normal domestic use due to faulty workmanship and/or materials. This excludes all products damaged accidentally or through mis-use by the consumer (i.e. not used in accordance with instructions). Should your product(s) prove to be faulty, we will provide you with a full refund (excluding handling fee).
